Hotel Saul is a personalized tribute to the Tel Aviv of our childhood. The wholesome, dreamy city where we grew up, and where we live to this day. When we envisioned it, we thought of what we, ourselves, would appreciate in a hotel. We fantasized about an unassuming and minimalist hotel, focused on smiling people milling about generous service, good taste, and a quiet but central location; at the heart of things, yet still a straight shot to the sea. Hotel Saul brings you close to all that is good in Tel Aviv - culture, food, the beach and the city’s boundless, contagious energy.

Our selection of rooms
Our selection of rooms is suitable for guests of all types a short solo stay, a room for an intimate long weekend, a larger room with a work area and sun terrace, and a room with a private patio surrounded by greenery. It is also possible to rent rooms next to one another with a common entrance to convenience families and friends visiting together who also appreciate their privacy. All rooms have full acoustic insulation, black-out curtains, super-fast Wi-Fi and extra amenities including hair and skincare products from the stylish local brand HaMa'apilim, powerful water pressure in the shower (extra important!), fine bed linens crafted from 400 thread-count, 100% Egyptian cotton, luxurious bathrobes, Nespresso coffee, hair dryer, a safe, small refrigerator and a large, smart TV with Netflix, Cellcom TV and Apple TV.
Gili's Coffee House
The coffee is ready! And yes, it is also open on Saturdays. On the hotel's entrance floor you will find Gili’s Coffee House. Perfect coffee and incredible breakfasts are waiting for you in a cool and updated atmosphere. On our menu, you can find avocado toast and poached egg on wild bread, or a Jerusalem bagel with dips and vegetables, alongside a dizzying selection of fresh pastries from "Reviva and Celia" mythological bakery. The drinks menu includes Mauro's coffee, chocolate with pralines, chai, maccha, and morning cocktails. At noon, light dishes are served accompanied by carefully selected French wines.
